Parent + Child: Trust the Process – Art Play Workshop Ages 2-6 (MORNING)

Toddlers ages 2-6 and their caregivers are invited to participate in a play based workshop where they will practice making all kinds of lines in unique and exciting ways! We will start with an interactive story time where we will read Lines That Wiggle, by Catherine Hale. Then we will explore different art techniques to experiment with line making. Caregivers and children will work together to create a large collaborative artwork where you will practice drawing with watercolors, tape, yarn, and even toy cars! We’ll be exercising our fine motor skills, working together as a group, and identifying the element of art line in this fun-filled process art workshop. All materials provided – just bring your creativity! This is a studio based class. Expect to create with some direction from your instructor! Registration covers one adult and one child ages 2-6.
