Creativity thrives when artists take care of their emotional, physical, and mental well-being. This class equips artists with the tools and strategies to nurture themselves in a demanding and often isolating creative world.
What Participants Can Expect:
- An exploration of the unique challenges artists face, including burnout, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome.
- Tools for creating a personalized self-care plan that aligns with creative rhythms and needs.
- Techniques to balance productivity with rest, and creativity with practicality.
- Guided exercises to reconnect with joy and purpose in your art.
By the end of this session, participants will feel empowered to prioritize self-care as an essential part of their creative practice.
