Description

In this hands-on two-week course, students will develop both the technical and artistic skills needed to have an introductory understanding of photography. Starting with manual camera controls (aperture, shutter speed, and exposure) and finishing with editing in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom students will gain experience of the entire photography process. Along the way, students will explore lens types, editing programs, and photography ethics. By the end of this credit-baring course, students will walk away with new photography skills and a portfolio-ready project.

This is a credit-bearing class and grades will be given. Please check the supply list tab for materials needed to complete this class.

This course must meet minimum enrollment by July 17 in order to run. Register today!
