Description

In this workshop, attendees will learn how to print found botanicals onto paper using two methods direct stamping, and inking the found materials to print their textures using a wooden spoon.  The workshop will cover how to trim and prep found materials for printing, how to technically ink the found material using printing ink and a brayer, and how to print the textures of the material to paper using a wooden spoon (or press if allowed).

This course must meet minimum enrollment by June 18th in order to run. Register today!

  • Please bring a variety of found botanical materials like:
    • dried flowers and plant matter
    • cut flowers and/or foliage
      • Consider durable varieties like wild grasses and wild flowers, delicate flowers may be used but can break apart)
