Week 2 | July | Lost and Found: Found Object Printmaking: Grades 4-6

Come join us for a journey into the process of printmaking! We will explore textures in unconventional materials as a way to create beautiful printed papers. Your child’s instructor will lead a step-by-step printmaking demonstration before they are introduced to printmaking stations where they will be able to  independently make multiple prints of their composition. Your child will be encouraged to experiment with multiple ink colors and paper colors to see how different colors affect their prints! We will then assemble our prints into a booklet! This is a studio based class with lots of guidance to start followed by one-on-one instruction. Expect to have lots creative freedom within the bounds of the assignment!
