Week 2 | July | Storytelling Mini-Camp: Grades 4-6

What makes a story? How do you create a character? Find the right setting? Bring a story together? In this three-day youth writing camp, students in grades 4-6 will learn about different components of a story (like character creation and setting development) to be able to write full visualized stories of their own.  This is a creative writing based class with lots of guidance to start followed by one-on-one instruction. Expect to have lots creative freedom within the bounds of the assignment!
