Description
In this camp for grades 7-9, we will learn the fundamental techniques of figure drawing. We will work from photos, skeletons, other references of clothed models, and from a live clothed model while using various drawing materials. Students will learn about the landmarks of the body, measurements, proportions, and very basic anatomy. Camp will culminate in an exhibition of our work on the final day. This is a studio based class with lots of guidance to start followed by one-on-one instruction. Expect to have some creative freedom within the bounds of the assignment!
Camp culminates in an exhibition on the final day that is open to friends and family to attend!
This course must meet minimum enrollment by July 13 in order to run. Register today!
